What it is
This rich, serum-rich cleansing oil dissolves and removes blackheads, keratin plugs, and heavy makeup while moisturizing. Formulated with fermented honey extract*1, which softens pores, and moisturizing shea butter and jojoba oil, it softens and soothes skin, leaving it supple. It can be used with wet hands, eliminates the need for double cleansing, and is suitable for eyelash extensions*2. It has a pleasant fragrance derived from natural essential oils. It's free of synthetic fragrances, colorants, alcohol (no ethanol added), and parabens. Refill *1: Gluconobacter/Honey Ferment Extract *2: Suitable for general glue (cyanoacrylate). This product is a refill; the bottle is not included.

How to use
Apply an appropriate amount (about 2-3 pumps) to your makeup and blend it in. Once the makeup has been removed, rinse thoroughly. If your hands or face are very wet, lightly drain the water before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's really good! It removes makeup well, feels soft on the skin, and rinses off easily without leaving any sticky residue. I like to try different cleansers, but I might buy this one again.
I really like Bioderma's Hydrabio Cleansing Water, but this is one of the few I've tried that's a little more affordable. It's highly rated, and I love Bifesta's point makeup remover and foaming face wash, so I had high hopes for this, but it was a bit disappointing. Hydrabio's makeup comes off easily with a single wipe of a cotton pad, but it takes a while to absorb and scrub for it to come off. The scent isn't too strong, perhaps due to the ingredients, but it's not a pleasant smell. I just don't like scrubbing, so I won't be repurchasing it. Rice Maid is just as good as Hydrabio, has a great scent, and is affordable, so I plan to repurchase it instead.
