Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My favorite YouTuber recommended this as having a great scent, and I was also curious about the cucumber scent, so I decided to treat myself to this, even though it's quite pricey for a hand cream. It has a high-end perfume-like scent with a fresh, cucumber-like quality, and it's not too sweet, but it's refreshing and truly lovely! When I put it on, I want to keep smelling my hands. The container is small and not particularly large, and as others have said, it's a bit of a downside: the cream is hard to get out (if you get too much, the scent can be a bit strong, so I try to get a little at a time, but it's hard to control the amount...), but the cute round shape makes me excited just having it in my bag!

It's surprisingly small! The round lid can be removed. I was surprised. It's hard to get it out! It's like a square mayonnaise. It's slimy. It's Guerlain, so it has a strong scent! This is a hand cream I've been interested in for a while. I bought it on Suzykirei. When I opened the box, I was immediately greeted by a cute, round container. It's not too big, so I can slip it into my bag. The scent is elegant, as you'd expect from GUERLAIN, but also somehow nostalgic, like a scent I'd smelled as a child. It also has a subtle cucumber scent. It's not overpowering, it's a natural scent. When I apply it to my hands, the scent continues to be pleasant even after a while, and it makes me feel more feminine. I think it would make a great gift for a friend who loves the latest trends. I plan to use it carefully.
The scent is simply amazing! It has a refreshing scent that can be used by both men and women, and it's not as strong as perfume, so I don't think it'll bother you if you use it in the office. Also, it's not just the appearance and scent that are great, but it also has a moisturizing feeling after application without being sticky, which is great. However, because of its cute appearance, it's a little difficult to get out, so I don't recommend it for people who want to apply it quickly lol.
