How to use
Apply to thoroughly wet hair, lather gently without rubbing, then rinse thoroughly after leaving on for about 1 minute. We recommend using Morgan's Hair Conditioner afterwards.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The deep green bottle gives a calm impression. The pump dispenser is black, giving it a luxurious feel. The push part is large and easy to push. The shampoo is a clear greenish color and is thick. It lathers well. I was able to shampoo with fluffy foam without any roughness. It had a refreshing forest scent. The conditioner is white and thick. I also enjoyed the refreshing scent of the conditioner. It was easy to apply to my hair. It left my hair feeling smooth and comfortable.
I like the scent. I'm not sure how it feels to use, but it's not bad. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing.
It doesn't suit me. As I get older, my skin has become more sensitive, and shampoos that used to be fine have started to make me itchy, so I've been looking for a shampoo that suits me. Morgans is silicone-free and contains amino acids, and the reviews have been good, so I thought it would suit me, so I bought the actual product. The smell is definitely a bit strong, but I don't dislike it, and it makes my hair smooth and soft. However, it didn't suit my skin. After taking a bath, my palms felt strange and rough, and my head hurt, not itchy. I went to bed thinking it would go away by tomorrow, but it still hurt the next day, so I washed it again in the morning. My hair itself has become softer, so I think it's good for hair, but it doesn't suit my skin. What a shame.
The shampoo lathers well, doesn't dry out my hair, and leaves it shiny even after treatment. I think this set leaves my hair looking beautiful and manageable the next morning. It was so good that I bought a bunch of trial sets to take with me when I go out for the New Year holidays.
