I used a sample. I didn't experience any eye stinging, as other reviewers have said. However, because it spreads so easily, there is a slight alcoholic feel, so I think some people might find it stinging. I normally use Credo's day cream. Credo's firming and moisturizing properties are great, but I'm wondering how it will perform in warmer weather, so I'm looking for a spring/summer alternative. This seems like a good candidate. At least, I applied Seborrheic Keratosis II CC and powder afterwards, and there was no flaky feeling at all. What I look for in a daytime lotion is that it's easy to use and doesn't irritate my skin with daily use, so I absolutely want to avoid any incompatibility with other bases (causing flaky skin), so in that sense, this one passed the test.

I use it all year round to moisturize my skin from around my ears to my neck and to protect it from the sun. It's a daytime lotion so it's not waterproof, but it doesn't irritate my skin and I feel incredibly safe using it, so I love it!

After testing it with a sample, I became convinced that the moisturizing power of this emulsion was the reason for the change. It's now an essential part of my daily skincare routine. With its high moisturizing power and sunscreen, it's a skincare product that's easy to use daily. Regarding the commonly-cited issue of "eye stinging," that's certainly true. However, I take it as a message from the product itself, "Be careful not to get it in your eyes." In fact, since I started using a cotton pad to apply it and avoid the eye area, I've had no problems using it at all. Personally, I feel that its moisturizing power more than makes up for any shortcomings, so I can confidently recommend it to others. I hope it never runs out.

I apply it in the morning before applying makeup! It moisturizes without making my skin shiny. It gives my skin firmness and makes the application of my foundation completely different! The texture is a smooth emulsion. I'm also happy that it's a push-type product, so I don't use too much! It also contains SPF, so I use it on days when I don't want to wear foundation!
