Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use a serum from the same series, so I bought this cream to seal in the serum after using it. I also use it as a hand cream throughout the day, in addition to using it after the serum at night. It doesn't have any visible residue, but it absorbs easily into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. It doesn't have a strong scent, so it's okay to wear to the office.
I love OSAJI hand cream. I loved the limited edition yuzu hand cream they released previously, and it was so smooth that I decided to buy the standard version this time. Personally, I'm not a fan of jar-type products, but after using this one, I realized that a tube wouldn't cut it. It has a very thick, soft texture that almost spills over. The official description of it as "ultra-thin" explains why it doesn't feel like a film. It penetrates easily after application, and when it touches the skin, it feels smooth and silky. The soft texture makes it easy to apply even to the finer details, making it extremely convenient for hand care. I apply it before bed at night, so the smooth feeling doesn't last until morning, but it's not that great. It's great to use, but I'd honestly like it to be a little more moisturizing. However, I prioritize comfort when it comes to hand creams, so I'll probably buy it again. It does have a scent, but it's not as strong as the yuzu hand cream. I think a different hand cream for daytime refreshment might be better.

I bought the serum and cream in the winter and used them, but I thought massaging the serum and then applying the cream would be a luxurious experience, so I tried them for a while. I like the scent of both and they're soothing, but maybe my hands are just too dry, but they don't feel moisturized the next morning. My skin has become rough since spring came around, so I haven't used them for a while, but I found Atrix's night cream to be the most moisturizing for me in the winter.
