How to use
Infinity Prestigious Cleansing Cream: Take a cherry-sized amount onto dry palms, and gently massage it into your skin with your fingertips to remove makeup such as foundation and dirt. Carefully wipe it off with a tissue, being careful not to rub your skin too hard, or rinse with water or lukewarm water. Follow with a facial cleanser. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Infinity Prestigious Washing Milk: Wet your palms and face, take a coin-sized amount, lather well, wash your face, and rinse thoroughly. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Infinity Prestigious Lotion: After washing your face, take 3-4 pumps onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently pat it into your skin. Occasionally, some of the ingredients may settle, but this does not affect the quality. Infinity Prestigious Emulsion: After applying toner, dispense 2-3 pumps onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently pat onto your skin. Storing in low temperatures may make it difficult to dispense the product. If the product is difficult to dispense, remove the pump, place the opening of the container against your palm, and gently tap to dispense the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
