How to use
Medicated Sekkisei Brightening Cream Wash: Wet your palms and face, then dispense about 2cm of product into your palm. Add a small amount of cold or lukewarm water to create a lather. Gently wash your face, enveloping your skin in the lather. Rinse thoroughly. If product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If a foreign body sensation persists, consult an ophthalmologist. It may harden at high temperatures, but this does not affect the quality. Allow to return to room temperature before use. Medicated Sekkisei Brightening Essence Lotion: Apply to clean skin after cleansing. Dispense an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently massage into your skin. In rare cases, white sediment or floating particles may appear, but this does not affect the quality. When using in combination with other whitening cosmetics, use each product individually to monitor the results.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
