What it is

How to use
1. Before going to bed, use the dropper to dispense an appropriate amount, then gently massage all the way down to your fingertips to blend in. 2. When the product becomes less slippery, it's time to stop massaging. If you feel dry or need more, take a larger amount and use it. Applying "Retreat Hand Moist Cream" over and over again will further lock in moisture, leaving your hands even more supple.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a thick serum that absorbs quickly and easily onto the skin. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft without any stickiness. I can even use my smartphone right after use without feeling sticky, so I highly recommend it. The subtle herbal scent is also soothing.
This is better than hand cream! My husband is sensitive to smells and can't use hand cream very often, but this is no problem! Plus, it's not sticky, which is great!
After applying this serum, I applied hand cream and put on gloves before going to bed, and my hands were smooth the next day. I would like to use it again.
Just apply it to dry hands and it will replenish moisture. The hand cream you apply afterwards will also be absorbed nicely.
