How to use
When washing your face in the morning and evening, take about 2cm of product in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water, lather well, and thoroughly wash every corner of your face. Then rinse thoroughly. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. .Do not let water get into the container. .Tightly close the cap after use. .If using a bathroom dryer, do not place it in the bathroom. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The instructions said to use about 2 cm, but being clumsy, it was difficult for me to get the right amount, so I would put out too much, lather it up, wash it, and my face would feel a little tight.
