How to use
Apply a generous amount according to the length of your hair, working it in smoothly from the inside out, not the surface, through your fingers. If you use it with the Pantene series, you can expect an even more ideal finish. <How to open> Hold part 1 in your hand and turn part 2 in the direction of the arrow. Press empty several times until the contents come out. If the pump head does not rise, firmly tighten part 1, hold it in place with your hand, and turn part 2 again.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
