What it is
SPICARE, the brand behind the V3 Foundation, is part of the "C Line" skincare series. This toner combines HARI and Vitamin C (*1) to deliver a fresh, firm, and hydrated complexion. In addition to natural microneedles called "inospicules" (*2), newly developed microneedles called "glosspicules" (*3) deliver Vitamin C (*1) and other beneficial ingredients to every corner of your skin (*4). The pleasant stimulation of the inospicules (*2) also improves skin firmness. How to use
Shake lightly before use and dispense 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand. Apply to the entire face and gently massage in, enveloping the entire face. *When using in the morning, please take precautions against UV rays. *Do not use in conjunction with a facial beauty device. *This product contains peanut ingredients. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's light yet moisturized, and my skin feels firm. I'm excited to see if this is the effect of the needles.
The packaging is luxurious. The push-type formula is also nice. It has a thick texture. It seems like it would be good to use it after an introductory serum or emulsion. I'm not sure about the effectiveness yet.
I've only just started using it so I don't know how effective it is, but it seems to be good. I've tried a lot of products from this brand, starting with the V3 foundation.
I love Spicare, so I also bought the lotion! It looks luxurious! I didn't feel any tingling sensation with the lotion! A small amount leaves my skin feeling moisturized, which is pretty good! It absorbs well and doesn't leave a weird sticky feeling, so I like it! I sometimes have sensitive skin, but it didn't cause any problems (^○^) And considering the price, I'd definitely buy it again!
I've been using it for about six months from around summer to winter, and it seems to be working well, with no acne, dryness, or other skin problems. It feels smoother than when I used other skincare products. It blends in smoothly and feels great on the skin. It contains firming ingredients, but compared to Reedle Shot and the like, it doesn't hurt at all, so even those new to firming should find it easy to use. It's more affordable than department store cosmetics and highly functional, so I'll definitely be buying it again! The only downside is that it can only be purchased at salons. But on the other hand, it has a "know-it-all" feel, which is nice.
