How to use
STEP 1: Apply to the area of concern, avoiding the eyes and mouth. STEP 2: Leave on for a while. Do not use for more than 20 minutes. [Recommended Usage Time] Sensitive Skin: 5-7 minutes, Face: 7-10 minutes, 15-20 minutes. STEP 3: Lightly wipe off the pack and rinse with water or lukewarm water. Wipe with a wet cotton ball for clean removal. *Can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, and body. *Recommended use once or twice a week. *Recommended for use while soaking in the bath. *Moisturize immediately with lotion or other moisturizer after use. *For sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before use. *When using in the morning, take precautions against UV rays. *Do not use in conjunction with a facial beauty device.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
