Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used up one bottle, so I'm writing a review. I saw it on social media and bought it because it looked delicious and cute. I mixed the pink ball-shaped cream with the clear gel-like cream around it. The ball-shaped cream felt quite sticky. The gel-like part wasn't too sticky, but my skin felt a little shiny after applying it. I think it moisturized well until the next morning. I didn't notice much other effect. The appearance is unique and very cute. There seem to be several other products with similar appearances, so I'll consider purchasing those as well.
My skin stays soft and supple until the next morning. I have dry skin, so this is fine for me, but it might be a bit sticky for those with oily or combination skin.

I've been interested in the capsule cream! I have combination skin that's oily in the T-zone and dry elsewhere. I tend to get rough skin easily, but while using this, my skin condition was amazing!! It felt moisturizing but not sticky. Last time, I only used this cream, but next time I'd like to try the whole line!
