Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The bouncy serum is super moisturizing, and since I used it in the morning, my skin felt so plump that I didn't even need cream! I'll definitely buy it again if it's on sale!

I tried the free sample and was so amazed by how it felt that I bought it straight away! I apply it between my toner and emulsion, and it really does feel different on my skin when I don't. It feels so moisturized, and the emulsion that follows seems to penetrate even more. The vibrant seaweed-like green color, which isn't often seen in skincare products, spreads easily and blends into my skin. I absolutely love it! I wish more stores would carry it.
I love how this lifts my face line! I also think it's highly moisturizing. I find it feels sticky when I apply it in the morning before applying makeup, so I apply it at night.
