Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have Panther and Rich Chocolate. I've never had eyeliner that didn't smudge unless it was a film type, but this one doesn't. So it doesn't turn into a panda. And it doesn't fade. It's the best. I have sensitive skin with atopic dermatitis, so if it doesn't suit me, it gets itchy easily, but this one was fine. Even when my eyes get watery and I think it's smudging, it's fine. I think it would be great if they came out with a thin, retractable core. I recommend it for people who tend to get smudging due to sebum!

It's easy to apply and write with. I want other colors too!
I was looking for a product that would allow me to apply eye makeup without friction, and I found this. It's moderately soft and has good color payoff. It comes with a special sharpener on the other side, so I can draw eyeliner of any thickness I like. It's a green-toned jungle shade, but the green doesn't overpower my eyeliner, and it pairs well with peach and brown eyeshadows.
