Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very easy to use.
I bought it at a ReFa specialty store and when I combed my hair with the trial brush, it made it feel fluffy. I bought it right away and used it while drying my hair, and it made my hair feel fluffy. I used it in the morning and then added a little oil, and it looked like I'd just come back from the salon.
I really like it. It dries my hair a little faster when I use a hair dryer, and the brush shape adapts to the shape of my head, so I can comb a wide area. I also like how light the brush is.
