Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I purchased the pouch. My hair is thick and voluminous, about shoulder length, and tends to frizz easily. I haven't dyed it in years. I've tried the moist and thin hair types, but this smooth type was the best for me. It's supposed to be a smooth type, but I found it to be a little more moist than smooth. However, it's lighter and more moisturizing than the moist type, which was just right for me. The scent wasn't too strong, and I preferred it more than the moist type.

I only use it as a treatment. I tried the sample and liked it so much that I bought the full product. It leaves my hair smooth and silky without being too heavy. However, if it gets on my scalp, it can be rough, so I only use it on the middle and ends of my hair. At this time of year, my hair can feel a little dry, so I also use oil and milk after bathing, which feels great.
Compared to other treatments I've used, this product felt the best when it was applied. It left my hair shiny even after blow-drying, and it felt moisturized and calm, making styling easy. I recommend it to anyone who is concerned about frizz and dryness.
