Product Features: This introductory whitening* serum combines the benefits of both a serum and a whitening* serum, deeply moisturizing and revitalizing skin's natural radiance and clarity. The active ingredient, licorice-derived W-stearyl glycyrrhetinate, inhibits melanin production, preventing dark spots and freckles while simultaneously preventing roughness. Aiming for a fresh, healthy complexion, this Eastern-inspired approach focuses on the color and texture that determine skin translucency. Harmonized whitening* achieves a beautiful, hydrated translucency that looks beautiful from every angle. The refreshing, hydrating texture penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, enhancing the absorption of subsequent skincare products. The benefits of carefully selected botanicals circulate moisture, preventing dryness and dullness, enhancing translucency, and plumping every pore. How to use
After washing your face, pump twice to get the amount you need and work it into your skin. *When massaging, use 2 to 3 pumps. <30-second massage technique> (1) Massage in a circular motion in the direction of the arrow in the illustration. Make sure to use a circular motion around the eyes. Do this 3 times. (2) Using the entire palm of your hand, slide from the center of your face outwards, then stroke in front of and under your ears, down towards your collarbone. (3) Then, hold both ears and gently rotate them.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Sekkisei, so I decided to buy this product as it was the new product that caught my eye the most. I like the packaging and it feels great to use.
First of all, it has a nice scent. It's rare to find a whitening serum as an introductory beauty product. I plan to use it in combination with the whitening serum to get through this summer.

The scent is relaxing and not too strong, which is very nice. The texture is smooth and easy to apply. It's not sticky, but it's still moisturizing.
I tried it with the Sekkisei Blue series. First of all, the scent is amazing, which can be said for the entire series. It has an elegant, natural aroma. And then there's this introductory serum. The texture is very smooth and not sticky. It's easy to use and has no peculiarities. However, because it's so smooth, I didn't really notice any effects other than whitening, such as moisturizing. The whitening effect isn't dramatic, but it's effective and I think I could use it every day. The Sekkisei Blue series comes in two containers, plastic and glass, and this one is glass. (I personally like the solid feel of glass, so I'm happy with this one.) The amount isn't that much for the price, so it's not great value for money... But it's one of my favorites.
