What it is
Taisho Pharmaceutical has developed a targeted, needle-shaped serum that delivers serum ingredients directly to problem areas. Simply apply it to areas with rough, uneven skin, delivering serum to the stratum corneum for smooth, silky skin. * All ingredients, including water, are 100% serum ingredients, preservative-free.

How to use
Use after washing your face and toning your skin with your usual skincare routine. Please note that the patch may come off easily if moisture or oil remains on the surface of your skin. We recommend using the patch about twice a week. 1: Place the case flat side down. Gently open the case and pinch the white film to remove the patch. 2: Pinch the edges of the white film and gently peel it off, being careful not to touch the center of the patch. 3: Apply the patch so that the needle is perpendicular to your skin. Press out any air from the top of the patch to ensure it adheres to your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
