Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a bit of a pain because it's not a pump, but it's amazing! It makes you smell like a cute girl! I have medium-long hair that's just below the shoulder blades, and I need to use a lot of it so it's not the best value for money...lol (But it's cheaper than other scalp care products, so I guess it's normal considering that?). I might buy it again when I run out!

It's moisturizing, but it keeps the volume and leaves your hair in good condition. The scent is sweet, like something for young people, but it's refreshing and makes you feel refreshed, and it leaves your hair feeling good after washing. I've bought it again.
