How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using THREE's hair care products since before the new revamp. I've also been replacing my skincare and makeup primers. They're all really great products and I love them. I feel like the pre-revamp series is better suited to my hair type. I really love the scent of this new product, and I'll definitely be buying the oil mist and scalp product again.
I used the same brand's shampoo and wanted to get the whole line, so I also bought the treatment. The texture is similar to the night cream I bought at Three, you pour it out of the tube and spread it slowly with your hands, and the scent hits you right away. It feels like you're spreading it on like skin care, and soaking in the bath afterwards is quite relaxing lol. My husband and I share the same shampoo, so he also liked it. Some reviews say it doesn't make your hair feel very smooth, but after blow-drying, my hair became shinier than usual, which I personally liked. The scent was great, but I didn't notice any immediate changes to my hair, so I'd give it four stars... For now, I'll keep using it and consider whether to repurchase.
Narita Airport Duty-Free Shop: ¥3,610 (regular price ¥4,400) I don't feel like my hair has increased in volume or volume. Rather than being fluffy, it seems to have a shinier feel on my hair. It feels moisturized during washing, but becomes smooth after drying. Shine: As mentioned above, I felt that my hair was shinier than the previous Refining treatment. Scent: The Volumizer has a ginger-like scent compared to the other two, which I personally like. The scent spreads slightly when it gets wet. Value for Money: Even at the regular price of ¥4,400, it's slightly cheaper than the previous Refining treatment, and it adds shine and makes damage less visible. However, considering the same level of shine and smoothness, I think Kota's Eye Care Treatment is a better value. Compared to the previous Three Refining treatment, I think it's closer to a salon-exclusive product. However, if I were to buy it at full price without using the shareholder tax exemption, I would recommend a salon-exclusive product from another company first. ◎ Overall: Compared to my previous Three treatment, my hair feels shinier and less damaged. It doesn't dry out my hair or itch. Considering the price, I wonder if there are cheaper options with similar effects. If you like the scents (Essential Scents) that Three has been promoting recently, I recommend you try this one.

I bought this hoping for a volume-boosting effect. The fruit extract scent is very soothing, and it left my hair feeling soft and smooth. If I were to be picky, I'd say it doesn't feel like a treatment, so if I don't use a lot, my hair will become dry, but the scent is so nice I want to keep using it.
