Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent of THREE is truly soothing. It makes for the ultimate bath time. When I use hair oil or balm, even if I pre-wash thoroughly in the shower, I feel like the first wash isn't enough, so I have to wash it a second time. Since it's expensive, I try to avoid washing it twice as much as possible. Incidentally, the bottle itself is more economical than the refill, so I keep buying the bottle even though it's heavy.
This shampoo leaves your hair feeling moisturized after washing. The treatment is also very moisturizing, so I recommend using both products together!
I absolutely love the scent, it's refreshing. It has a typical THREE scent with a hint of lemon. I love how it leaves my hair feeling refreshed and lighter after washing.
I've only ever paid over 4,000 yen for 300ml once, but I think it's a bit too expensive. THREE's wash products have very fine bubbles, which feel really nice. So, I bought one just once to help me relieve some of the stress I've been feeling lately. I was using a sample, so the foam and scent lived up to my expectations. The wash feels soothing. The scent is from the Scents series, so it's citrus-based, and while I like it for skincare, it didn't leave a particularly nice scent on my hair. I'll use it occasionally to change my mood, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.
