What it is

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had previously used a stronger retinol and had a severe reaction, so I started using this. I haven't had any reaction so I'm using it with confidence. I'm also expecting good results.
No irritation and easy to use
I've been bothered by the redness and peeling caused by strong retinol, so I've stopped using it, but this is great because you can start with 0.1 and it doesn't cause any irritation, so it's easy to continue using. It's a slightly thick cream, but it spreads easily and is comfortable to use.
It has a relatively light texture that blends well with the skin. The tube has a narrow tip, which makes it easy to use. The concentration is not high, so it doesn't irritate the skin.
