Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won this product from Suzykirei. It's thick, but it penetrates smoothly and moisturizes without remaining on the skin. It's the ideal lotion for leaving skin feeling soft and supple without being sticky. The 120ml bottle is also not too big and easy to hold. I use lotion every morning and night, so I think the shape of the bottle is important. I'd like to consider purchasing it regularly.
I received this as a gift! I don't like strong fragrances, but this one smells like salon shampoo and I don't mind it at all! I use a lot of other products at the same time, so I don't know the effectiveness, but they all feel great and are very moisturizing, so it was great!
I was concerned about dryness. It was smooth and not too refreshing, making it easy to use. After receiving the product, I used it at night and felt that it wasn't moisturizing enough. I used it again the next morning and noticed that the dryness around my mouth after applying makeup was quite noticeable.
