Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this because I saw a lot of Korean girls using it! The texture is a little hard, but it's very moisturizing. It doesn't have an unpleasant scent, so I think it's easy to use.
It's always sold out, and I don't see it in many places. I use La Roche-Posay's CICA cream, but this was cheap, so I bought it! It's sold out again... The texture is good and spreads easily. It doesn't seem bad. I'll update my review if it's good.
I tried using it when my skin was rough. It has a calming effect and doesn't interfere with the sunscreen or foundation I use next, so it has become my go-to cosmetic.
It's non-sticky and comfortable to use. I use it when I don't want my skin to dry out and don't want to worry about the ingredients in my skin!
It has a thick texture and is incredibly moisturizing! I love it so much I keep it in stock ^ ^ It's not super cheap, but it lasts quite a while, so I think it's good value for money!
