How to use
Medicated Whitening Clear Serum W Recommended usage: Take 2 pumps (approximately 1.5 to 2 months' worth of serum with normal use) and spread it on both palms. After toning your skin with lotion, gently massage it into your entire face. Medicated Whitening Clear Lotion Recommended usage: Take a 500 yen coin-sized amount of lotion (approximately 1.5 to 2 months' worth of lotion with normal use) and massage it into your entire face, enveloping it. Gently press the lotion into your cheeks, forehead, chin, and around your eyes. Apply more to areas prone to dryness.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a slightly thick texture and spreads very easily. It's not sticky at all, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. So far, I've been able to use it without any irritation. I hope to see results with continued use.
*I haven't finished the whole bottle yet, so I'll probably update my rating later! I regularly purchase several products from Etvos, including their lotion and UltiMoist Serum, but this is my first time using a medicated serum specifically designed for whitening. The texture is fairly smooth and refreshing. It doesn't have the essential oil scent of the Moisturizing or UltiMoist Serums. My skin condition has stabilized, but I won't know for sure until I finish using it up, so this is just my current rating. I like the brand itself, the ingredients, and the texture.
It feels refreshing but not drying. It has no scent, so it's easy to continue using. This one bottle acts as both a serum and a lotion. It's a serum you'll want to use all year round.
Since it's a medicated product, I thought it might be easier to see the whitening effect, so I tried it! It's moisturizing but not sticky, and it feels great to use, but I only felt a vague whitening effect. I think it's important to keep using it, so I'll continue using it for a little while longer.
I've bought it many times ( ) It's expensive, but it's worth it! Acne scars and blemishes are noticeably lighter the day after use! I recommend you try this at least once.
