How to use
Recommended application: For wet hair after a bath: (1) After towel drying, apply 1-2 pumps of product to your palms and spread thoroughly from your fingertips. (2) From roots to ends, comb your hair from the inside out, spreading the product throughout. *Repeat (1) and (2) several times. *Guideline: 3 pumps in total for short hair, 5-6 pumps in total for medium-long hair, and 7 pumps in total for long hair. *We recommend starting with a small amount and gradually increasing the amount until you're used to using it. (3) While combing your hair, use a hair dryer to blow air into the inside of your hair, thoroughly drying from roots to mid-lengths and ends. *After drying, apply a little at a time to areas that are prone to dryness. : After towel drying, take an appropriate amount in your hand, comb your hair with your fingers, spread it throughout your hair, and dry thoroughly.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the scent and feel of this product, so I bought it again. It gives my hair a nice shine and makes it hold together well.
Moist to the touch
I also had trouble with the Chantrie from Giancer, but this one didn't suit me either. It left my hair dry and tangled, and it was difficult to get the ridges of my digital perm, so there was no point in using it. The scent was similar to the Chantrie from Asience MEGURI that was on the market at one time, so I felt it was a copycat product. I don't think it's a very good product considering how aggressively it's advertised.
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. I used it all up, but it didn't feel moisturizing enough for my coarse, thick hair. I don't plan on buying it again.
