How to use
Whitening Gel Step 1: Apply to skin after cleansing. Apply gel to five areas: both cheeks, forehead, tip of nose, and chin. Step 2: Gently spread with the palm of your hand, lifting from the center of your face outwards and from bottom to top. Step 3: To finish, wrap your entire face with the palm of your hand for about 30 seconds, allowing it to fully blend. Apply additional layers to areas of concern such as the eyes and mouth. Cleansing Balm Oil [Recommended amount to use] When wearing makeup: 3 pumps *If you are wearing point makeup that is difficult to remove, such as waterproof mascara, please use a point cleanser first. *You can use it even if your hands or face are wet, but please lightly wipe off any excess water before use. When not wearing makeup (including natural makeup): 2 pumps [] 1. Apply an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps)

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Huh? I thought I'd written a review, but I forgot... Balm oil? I'd never really thought of it that way, but it has a texture like milk or emulsion, and it blends in easily. After letting it blend in, all you have to do is wash it off with lukewarm water, and there's no need for a second cleanse, so it's super easy. I was surprised at how soft and bouncy my skin felt after washing, just like after applying toner. It's no wonder it has such good reviews. I'm surprised it's not more popular.

It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including cleansing and washing your face, and it also moisturizes well, which I really liked! It removes makeup beautifully, so I really liked the feel of it (*^^*)
It has a smooth texture when you pick it up, and becomes like an oil when you apply it to your skin. It blends well with the skin and even a small amount goes a long way. It's probably because it's a simple makeup product, but it removes makeup without any issues and leaves your skin feeling moisturized! The only thing I'm concerned about right now is that it would be nice to know how much is left!
I won a prize on Suzykirei. Thank you. It's advertised as a balm oil, but I felt it was drying after washing. I don't usually feel dry with balm products, so this product didn't suit me. It removed makeup perfectly.
It's so smooth and melting that I keep buying it. It gently and thoroughly removes makeup. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. I initially purchased it to remove makeup, but I heard it could also be used as a face wash, so I tried it in the morning and found it to be incredibly comfortable, and recently I've been using it almost every morning to wash my face. It's especially perfect for winter mornings, when I wake up after applying plenty of cream overnight to prevent my skin from drying out! It leaves my skin nicely moisturized, friction-free, and because it's not a liquid, it doesn't drip during the wash, so I recommend it.
