How to use
[ReFa Crystal] Face/Neck 1. Roll from the corners of your mouth, under your cheekbones, to the side of your ears. 2. Close your eyes and slowly roll from your forehead toward the top of your head. 3. Roll up and down along the nape of your neck, from the base of your shoulders and neck toward your head. Décolleté/Upper Arms/Waist 1. Roll up and down between your collarbone and chest. 2. Roll upward from your elbow toward your armpit. 3. Roll upward along your side. [ReFa CPSERUM LIFT] Amount to Use: When using the serum alone, apply approximately 2 pearl-sized amounts (0.4 mL) to skin that has been conditioned with lotion. When using in conjunction with a device, take approximately 1 cherry-sized amount (3-4 mL) in your hand and lightly apply to your face and neck.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this at an outlet price during Suzykirei Beauty Day. The fact that it looked completely black in the photo was what made me decide to buy it, but in reality, the roller and both sides of the handle were silver. This was unexpected, but the design itself feels luxurious and I like it. I was also a little concerned about the large number of fingerprints on the outer box. I understand that this is to be expected as it is an outlet product, but if it had been clean down to the smallest detail, I would have felt more confident in my purchase. It feels great to use, fits firmly to the skin, and has a noticeable massaging effect, so I keep it in my living room and use it every day. If you are considering purchasing from an outlet, it may be a good idea to pay attention to the small details, including the condition of the product.
It's black in color. The design is a little different, giving it a luxurious feel. It moves so smoothly you'll probably get addicted to it.
I found the much talked about ReFa at a bargain price somewhere, so I bought it. It came with a guarantee and the box had a luxurious feel. I wonder if it's out of production now. The body is a sparkly black, and it's large and has a moderate weight, so it can be used on the whole body. It's not waterproof, so it can't be used in the bath, but I decided to incorporate it into my body care routine after a bath. It doesn't require a power source, you can adjust the massage intensity by changing the angle, and the muscle-pinching movement is amazing. I'll keep using it for a while and write another review.

I bought this to relieve stiffness around my face. It's now out of production, but it's much cheaper than the one sold on the ReFa official website, and I'm happy with the performance as it works well and massages around my face.
