How to use
Please use on dry hands and face. Soak a cotton pad generously with the cleansing solution, blend well with foundation and eye makeup, and gently wipe away without rubbing. Once the cotton pad is no longer colored, you can proceed to the next step of your skincare routine without rinsing. *Rinse as desired. *When removing eye makeup, be especially careful not to get it in your eyes. Place the cotton pad on top of the pump and push down to soak the cotton pad with the cleansing solution. It can be used with one hand. Pushing too hard or too quickly may cause dripping. Push slowly. For hygiene reasons, please do not refill the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
