How to use
Deep Moisture Lotion: Pat the product onto your entire face using your palms or a clean cotton pad. Deep Moisture Sheet Mask: After toning your skin with lotion, open the sheet and leave it on your skin for approximately 10 minutes. Deep Moisture Skin Oil: Take an appropriate amount in your hands and gently spread it over your entire face. Deep Moisture Milk: Blend an appropriate amount into your palms, then gently spread it over your entire skin. Deep Moisture Cream: Take an appropriate amount and gently blend it from the inside of your cheeks outwards. Apply an additional amount to areas where dryness is a concern, such as around your eyes and mouth.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was popular at Cosme Kitchen, so I bought it to try it out. It's moisturizing, but my hands felt sticky when I applied the serum or cream afterwards, and the scent was quite strong. It's a pump type, but it dispenses quite forcefully, so be careful. It moisturizes and plumps up my skin, but I don't really like the strong scent and the sticky feeling, so I probably won't buy it again.
I've been using d Program's lotion for a while, and while I've tried other lotions and returned to them, this one is great for sensitive skin! It's highly moisturizing, leaving my skin feeling incredibly soft and supple without feeling sticky. One pump is enough to moisturize even in winter, so the cost-effectiveness isn't too bad. The rose and ylang-ylang scent is also great! It's soothing. Skincare products for sensitive skin are often fragrance-free, so I'm happy to be able to use something with a nice scent. However, the scent is quite strong, so if you don't like organic scents, you might want to try the tester before purchasing. I didn't like the sticky feel of the lotion, but I really liked the lotion! I'd like to buy it again.
The scent is great! The rose-like scent is soothing. It's thick, but it penetrates the skin well and doesn't feel sticky. I want to buy it again! The only problem is the price.
