How to use
Massage into hair and scalp, lather, then rinse thoroughly. Double shampoo, leave on for 1-2 minutes, allow to penetrate thoroughly, and rinse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair was originally quite thin and slender, and due to menopause, my thinning has become more noticeable. I was looking for something gentler on my scalp, so I tried this trial size. The previous model made my hair rough, but the updated version seems to suit me, giving it a glossy finish and making it soft and fluffy to the touch the next day. I love aromatic scents, so that's a plus. While many reviews say it doesn't lather well, it lathers well if you pre-wash it thoroughly (although my hair is below shoulder length and not much). I recommend it for those with thin hair! The conditioner is also light, so those who like the thicker types sold at drugstores might not be satisfied. I was a little surprised by the low reviews, but it seems to suit me, so even though it's a bit pricey, I'll give it a try for a while.
I use the shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels refreshed after washing and feels like it has been thoroughly cleaned. It really adds volume and I no longer have to worry about thinning areas. I wish it was a little more affordable.
I have very fine, soft, wavy hair, which is quite tricky. I have had it straightened. I have tried all kinds of shampoos, but this one is the best for my hair type. I've had it straightened for many years, and my hair has lost volume due to age, but this one has given it more body and volume. However, while the shampoo is good, the conditioner doesn't smell very good... And it's expensive, which is a bit of a pain (lol). If you have very fine, soft hair and are concerned about volume, I think it's worth trying. Trial sets are available.
