How to use
Step 1: After shampooing, thoroughly squeeze out excess water from your hair. Step 2: Apply to the entire hair, massaging it in thoroughly, especially in the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, which tend to lack moisture. Step 3: Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly, making sure not to leave any residue behind. For those concerned about hair damage, comb your hair using the Head Spa Bathtime Brush and then leave it on for 3-5 minutes. This will allow the hair mask to adhere to each strand of hair, enhancing the treatment's effects. Then rinse thoroughly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
