How to use

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

It's very thick and moisturizing! I apply it like a mask after applying lip balm. It's perfect for nighttime lip balm.
The center of my upper and lower lips, where the skin meets the skin, started to sting, so I wanted a lip balm or lip serum that I could use during the day, and I bought this. (I was already using a nighttime lip mask.) It stinged and was a little dry, but it didn't sting at all, and thanks to using this lip moisturizer, it's gotten better! I think dprogram is really helpful because I can use it even when my lips are sensitive.
The hardened, peeling edges of my lower lip healed in just a few days. I used DHC lip balm every night before bed, but I feel like d Pro has better restorative power. A thin layer is fine for daily dryness prevention, but after rough skin, applying a generous amount so that it overflows the lips will have a faster effect. It's best to apply it vertically, following the wrinkles on your lips. It gives a glossy finish, so it can also be used as a gloss. Red is also available. When using it as a primer, apply a thin layer and leave it without touching or rubbing it to create a taut film, which will give you a beautiful lipstick finish when you apply it afterwards.
It's a very moisturizing and rich gel. It feels like it penetrates deeply and quickly relieves dryness!
It was stickier than I expected. I'm not sure if it kept my skin moisturized until the morning. I wish there was a mini size.
