Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it to pre-wash my hair after my regular shampoo. It's inexpensive, so it's very helpful. It lathers well, and I use it to remove the styling products I use quite a bit, but I think this is all you need for healthy hair! I like to nourish my hair, so I use Aujua afterwards. One pump and it creates a lot of fluffy foam!

I purchased Kao's Merit Shampoo Natural Floral with a gentle scent (refill). It lathers well and has a pleasant, soothing scent. Merit leaves your hair feeling refreshed and prevents dandruff and itchiness. I use it regularly because it keeps my scalp clean. Refilling the original container apparently reduces plastic waste by approximately 76 percent. Although it's not stated on the product, I was able to use it by attaching it to a smart holder. I would definitely purchase again.
