Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's great for saving time! Speaking of benefits, I had a negative image of it, but when I happened to try it out, it didn't itch my scalp, it was reasonably priced, and it's a rinse-in product so I could get it done quickly with just one bottle - it's the best! I have a lot of coarse hair, but the thing I like most about it is that it doesn't tangle or sting when lathering or rinsing. It does get quite dry when I use a hair dryer or after a while, so I think it's essential to use oil or other care products. But anyway, I want something that can be washed quickly and doesn't irritate my scalp! It meets all my requirements, so I'll stick with it for a while.
The men in my family said that rinsing is a pain, so I tried this and it was so good I'm buying it again! Up until now, when my son washed his own hair, it seemed like the oil wasn't completely removed, and he would have a noticeable sweat smell, but since switching to this, that hasn't happened and his hair is smooth and clean, with no sweat smell! I use it too, and I like how it gives my hair some body and makes it smooth. I sometimes add a treatment, but usually I just use this and it doesn't bother me. It's so convenient and great.

The home improvement store sells extra-large refills, so I'll buy those next time.
I have long hair. I used this mini size during the hot summer months. It's a rinse-in shampoo, so it saves time. The texture is thick and milky white. I think it lathers well. My hair feels a little dry after washing, but when that's not a big deal, I use a treatment or a mask with it. It's very useful when I'm busy.
