How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water, take an appropriate amount in your hand, and apply it directly to your entire hair before rinsing. If this is your first time using conditioner, we recommend using a small amount at a time. the pump: Hold cap 1 in place with your hand and turn nozzle 2 in the direction of the arrow. (If the nozzle does not rise, tighten cap 1 firmly and turn it again.) First, pump empty a few times.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
