How to use
Use the special spatula to scoop out a cherry-sized amount. With dry hands, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) onto the special spatula and apply it to your entire face, starting from the center outwards and working from bottom to top. Use the pads of your fingers to gently apply in circular motions to areas where dirt tends to accumulate, such as the nostrils, eyes and mouth. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water 20 to 30 times. No need to double cleanse.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I felt that the feel of this product was the same as other regular cleansing balms. The spatula is convenient. I use it once or twice a week. It cleanses thoroughly, but my skin still feels moisturized after washing. I'm satisfied with the feel, but it's expensive. I thought it might be better to choose another good cleansing balm, so I decided to give this review.
I've never used anything else, but I like it because it doesn't irritate my skin or make it feel tight.
It's a little pricey, and because it's hard, it's hard to spread. Sometimes it falls off in clumps... I guess I could warm it up, but I want to be able to spread my makeup remover easily... But it suits my skin, so I buy it from time to time. This time, I bought two types, and even though I thought the mini sizes were not cost-effective, I still wanted to use them.
I had the impression that balms tend to leave behind residue and cause breakouts, but this one is great and I have no problems with it. There are so many types of DUO, it's hard to decide which one to get. For now, I like the red hot cleanser.
I always buy the small size when I travel. It removes even heavy makeup so it's very useful! The price is a bit high for the amount you get, but overall it's a good product.
