What it is
Anti-aging cleansing balm with stearyl glycyrrhetinate. Soft, frictionless texture melts impurities while delivering lasting moisture. Supports skin firmness and smoothness.

How to use
Use the special spatula to scoop out a cherry-sized amount. With dry hands, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) onto the special spatula and apply it to your entire face, starting from the center outwards and working from bottom to top. Use the pads of your fingers to gently apply in circular motions to areas where dirt tends to accumulate, such as the nostrils, eyes and mouth. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water 20 to 30 times. No need to double cleanse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

DUO The Medicated Cleansing Balm Barrier - I had the impression that balms would be hard, but that's not the case at all. The texture is soft, making it easy to pick up with my fingertips and blend into my face. It blends into makeup quickly, and the thickness of the balm acts as a cushion, allowing me to remove it without rubbing, which I love. My skin didn't feel tight even after rinsing, and it remained moisturized. Balms can sometimes feel heavy, but this one is neither too heavy nor too light—it feels just the right balance! I also liked the fact that the scent isn't too strong and isn't noticeable when using it. I'm also happy that it doesn't require a double cleanse, which saves time! I think it would be especially suitable for those who are concerned about dry seasons or the tight feeling after removing makeup. I feel like it's an item that is even more comfortable to use if you apply it slowly, blending it in!
