Use it morning and night, first thing after washing your face. *If you use I'm Your HERO as a wipe instead of washing your face in the morning, use it after I'm Your HERO. 1. US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
