How to use
How to use: Refill into the "Primavista Face Powder (Loose) Case" (sold separately). Remove the lid and remove the puff. Grasp the inner lid knob and lift it up. Slowly pour the powder into the container. Powder may scatter, so tilt the bag slowly and pour the entire amount gently. Securely fasten the inner lid. Place the puff and screw the lid tightly. *Be sure to use up the entire amount before refilling. Do not mix with other products or products with different serial numbers. *After refilling, please note the serial number on the bottom of the inner bag. You may need it when making inquiries. *Remove the inner seal on the inner lid of the case before use. STEP 1: Use with the dedicated puff. STEP 2: Lightly press the puff onto the net to absorb the appropriate amount of powder. STEP 3: Apply to your skin by patting the puff or by gently gliding it over your skin. *When the amount of powder remaining is low, turn the container upside down and dip the puff into it before use. <Notes> *Powder may leak, so be sure to store it horizontally. *This product is not portable. *If the puff becomes dirty, it will not adhere well to the powder, so please keep it clean before use. *If it becomes dirty, wash it with a mild detergent by gently pressing it with your fingertips. Rinse well, drain the water, reshape it, and then dry it in the shade. *For replacement puffs, use the "Puff for Primavista Face Powder <Loose>" sold separately.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
