How to use
Take an appropriate amount and shampoo by gently massaging with your fingers towards the top of your head. the pump: When first using, hold Figure 1 in your hand, turn the nozzle in Figure 2 in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and pump several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not rise, tighten Figure 1 firmly, hold it in place with your hand, and turn Figure 2 again.)

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This was by far the best Lux product. I was very happy with the coloring care it provided. It also lathered well.
It exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but it was good. I've been coloring my hair for years, and after getting a perm for the first time in decades, my hair is damaged and dry, so I've been going around trying different shampoos. The shampoo is gel-like, lathers quickly, and doesn't drip, which is great. The conditioner is a coating type that makes my hair smooth. At least it prevented the dryness. It's a shampoo that I think I might use again. I'm also interested in the yellow color, so I'll try the yellow one next time.
I bought the single-serving pouch. I really liked the scent. Personally, I thought the finish was pretty average.
I used this shampoo and treatment for about a month after getting my hair colored at the salon. The color stayed in place during that time. When I ran out of this shampoo, I switched to another shampoo I had been using, but the color faded in no time. It's reasonably priced and I like the feel and scent, so I plan to continue using it.
