Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the scent and use it. I haven't noticed any noticeable effect on my hair, but it's not sticky and is easy to use.
I won a gift from Suzykirei. It has a sweet vanilla scent, but it's not too strong. I use it to add shine to my dry hair before going out. Even though I have quite thick hair, one pump was enough, so be careful not to use too much as it can make it sticky.
It smells really nice, and I don't like products that feel heavy, so this product is light and not sticky, which is great! Maybe my hair ends are too damaged... but it doesn't make my hair very smooth...
I received this as part of a gift campaign by Suzykirei! It has a smooth texture (^^) I used about three pumps on my semi-long hair, and it made it smooth and easy to run my fingers through. The scent wasn't too strong and didn't linger for long periods of time, so I think it's easy to use.
I used the sample. I like the scent, but it feels a little strong. It's a fairly light oil, so it blends well with my hair.
