Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had been using a different brand of hair oil until now, but since switching to this one, my hair stays moisturized until morning and I have less head of hair, so it's an item I'd like to buy again.
My hands have been feeling a bit rough lately, so I bought this milk type. It feels more moisturizing than what I was using before, and my hands feel better too.
My hair is so smooth! I have a lot of coarse hair, but every Cocon Super product I use keeps it manageable. I've rarely used the milk formula because it's so light, but this one has just the right amount of weight and makes my hair manageable. I also like the soft scent.
It's not sticky and the scent isn't too strong. I like it. I use it with oil.
I appreciate the moisturizing effect and UV protection, but I was bothered by the sticky feeling, so I gave it 4 stars. I prefer a smooth finish for both my skincare and haircare products, so it felt a bit sticky when I used it. If I used it at night, it would get on my face and neck while I was sleeping, which would cause itching, so I use it in the morning. However, since it provides UV protection, it's perfect for use in the morning, and I think it will be useful in the upcoming dry season, so I plan to continue using it!
