I'm in my 40s and have combination skin, and I've always struggled with red pimples periodically appearing around my face line. They pop up in the same spot, especially when my skin is prone to irritation. I'm not a fan of harsh products, but I wanted to try a gentle acne toner, so I chose AESTURA's Terakune 365 Medicated Acne Toner. This series is medicated, but it's also designed for sensitive skin, so I started using it with high expectations. First of all, it feels very light and watery. It has almost no scent, and I didn't feel any tingling, even when my skin is prone to irritation. While the standard way to use it is as a wipe with a cotton pad after cleansing, when my skin is in a sensitive state, I just gently massage it into my palms. I really appreciated the non-irritating nature of it. However, to be honest, I didn't notice any noticeable reduction in my red pimples or significant reduction in inflammation. It's hard to see any noticeable results after just three days of use, so I think it's a toner that you should use as a preventative measure and see how it goes. The feeling is that it balances sebum rather than acne, and soothes the skin's foundation. It doesn't make a huge difference, but I could tell it was designed to "improve the environment without doing anything extra to the skin." If you're looking for immediate results in acne care or want a clear, noticeable effect, you might find it a little lacking. However, I think the formula is suitable for people with sensitive skin who find it difficult to use "treatment-type" products, or for those who "want gentle, ongoing care." Using the entire line may provide a more stable effect, and it might be worth trying in combination with a cream or serum. So far, the effect has been modest when used alone, but it's a product I can trust in terms of its "gentleness to the skin."
