What it is

How to use
Squeeze an appropriate amount into your palms or fingertips, then blend into your hair and style. Any remaining balm can be used as hand cream. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in extremely hot or cold places. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Be sure to check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. If the cosmetic does not suit your skin, i.e., if you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use, or if the above abnormalities occur after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. If any abnormalities occur, we recommend consulting a dermatologist. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately without rubbing. If a foreign body sensation persists in the eyes after rinsing, consult an ophthalmologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though I don't like wax or hair balms, I love this hair balm and will happily use it on my bangs. What's more, the leftover hair balm can be used as hand cream, so it's very moisturizing and useful for dry hair! Personally, I love how it's not too sticky to use! It has a strong soapy scent, so it doubles as a light perfume. It's also great to apply to the nape of your neck. Just a little bit is enough to hold your bangs in place, so it doesn't use up at all and is incredibly cost-effective.
It has a nice scent and gives a nice shine and volume. I have bob hair, and it kept the style to a certain extent even when I flipped it outwards. It can also be used to style your hair up, giving it a nice finish. I plan to buy it again.
My hairdresser told me to change my hairstyle and use a balm with a light, soft texture as a finishing touch, so I compared the testers and decided to buy this one! The scent is not unpleasant, and it smells like a salon (in my opinion). It's easy to use and doesn't feel sticky! I'm glad I bought this product. My hair is normal to fine, and has a loose perm.
Personally, I don't like hardening sprays or sticky creams, but this product has a firm texture, is easy to handle, and has great staying power, so I love it.I also like the smell, which reminds me of a hair salon!
I bought it because it seemed popular based on reviews, but when I looked more closely, I realized that very few people had purchased it at their own expense... I didn't check it carefully enough. My hair tends to get sticky, so I thought an airy finish would be good! But it was surprisingly too airy. My hair felt dry, or rather, too unmanageable. The scent is subtle and pleasant. It would be a waste to buy it and then not be able to use it, so I mixed a few drops of Olaplex oil that I have on hand with it. It might be good for using on your bangs.
