How to use
After wiping away sweat, apply an appropriate amount to areas of concern such as the neck and forehead. After use, lightly wipe the head ball and the mouth of the bottle, and close the cap tightly. *The head ball is made of stainless steel (metal). *Contains menthol. May cause a tingling sensation in the eyes and nose. Do not use if you are sensitive to cold sensations. Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. Do not use on skin after shaving, hair removal, or sunburn. Do not use around the eyes or on mucous membranes. Do not use if you have any abnormalities on your skin such as wounds, eczema, swelling, etc. If the cosmetic product does not suit your skin, that is, in the cases of (1) or (2), discontinue use. Continuing to use it may worsen the symptoms, so it is recommended to consult a dermatologist. (1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occurs during use. (2) If any of the above abnormalities appear on the skin to which the product was applied after exposure to direct sunlight. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water and consult a specialist. Do not store in places with high temperature and humidity or extremely low temperatures, or in direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Due to the plant-derived ingredients, discoloration may occur, but this does not affect the quality. This product is a cosmetic. Use as soon as possible after purchase. Keep the packaging until you have finished using the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
