Take an appropriate amount (3-4 pumps) and apply to your skin, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Gently massage the gel in using circular movements for about 20 seconds. It will soon begin to flake off. Rinse thoroughly afterwards. Depending on your skin condition, use once or twice a week. Can be used with wet hands and face.
