Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent was different from what I expected. It reminded me of the scent of an old man wearing perfume. However, if it was a scent I liked, I think I would have really liked it because it lasted a long time. The texture was smooth and moist, which I liked. I should have tried the scent properly in the store before buying!

I received this as a gift and fell in love with it. It does have a slightly older manly scent, but it's so calming and I find myself sniffing my hands over and over again. I tried the perfume in the store and it smelled even more refreshing than the hand cream. It's so calming and soothing!
I received this as a gift. It's an expensive hand cream, but the scent was too strong for me, as I prefer natural scents (I like the scent of Aesop's hand cream). It's convenient to carry around, but I don't feel like using it often, so I'm struggling to use it all up. It doesn't feel too sticky, but it's not exactly a regular hand cream.
I bought three different types of hand cream in the new packaging, and each one has a different design, making them cute and stylish to display. None of them are focused on moisturizing, so rather than moisturizing, I use these when I want to feel refreshed.
