Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For serious skincare, I buy OSAJI's hand serum, but since I carry this around with me, I chose it primarily for its scent. However, I was surprised by its unexpected moisturizing effect. I noticed that the dry skin between my fingers and joints became softer, and I often forget to use hand serum before bed. The scent is sweet but subtle, leaning more toward refreshing. I like that it's not overpowering but lasts a long time. Over time, only I can smell it when I bring my hands close to it, and it's soothing. People at work commented on how nice it smelled the moment I put it on. When I smelled it directly, it reminded me of the bath salts I used to have at my grandmother's house. It was a scent I liked, so it wasn't a problem at all.
I bought this after reading reviews saying it smelled nice. It does smell nice, but I didn't find it very moisturizing.
I normally use a perfume with the same scent, and when I found out that there was a hand cream available, I decided to buy it for the first time. Because my job requires constant use of alcohol disinfectant, my hands get very rough, so I usually use a more moisturizing hand cream. This hand cream leaves my skin feeling smooth as soon as I apply it, but it doesn't seem to be very moisturizing. I enjoy the soothing scent and use it while at work, but I avoid using it when cooking or other times when the scent is inconvenient.
It's a refreshing and relaxing scent. I want to try the perfume next.
